My birthday. In OC with Dave. Talk about SP. SP8. Discuss ticket concept, crown concept. And committees. Decide to make JP committee member. Call him. At 4:30 AM. He is sleeping. Says, "Why are you calling me at 4:30 in the morning?" "Jim, I have very important news, you are an associate partner on the Super Prom Committee." Silence. "This is the greatest moment of my life."

Talked to Jim for quite a while about SP. --- For weeks I put off telling Greg about this, scared that he would be upset that Dave and I added Jim without consulting him. But when I finally told him he was completely accepting of it. Good.

In fact - Greg said that this was a good thing, because it took a lot of responsibility off of him.
